Shipping methods and delivery times:

We deliver orders throughout Spain (Peninsular and Islands) and in any other country in the world, through our trusted transport companies (Envialia, Seur, Fedex ... depending on destination).

The delivery time in Peninsular Spain is the one indicated on each product. The usual delivery time is 4 to 7 days, from when we receive bank confirmation of the payment made.

Shipments to Insular Spain (Islands) usually take approximately 10 days and international orders have their own delivery times, depending on the country of destination. The transport agency will provide us with a shipping tracking number with which we can inform you of the approximate day of delivery.

Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the client himself when making his purchases.

In the event that on the day of delivery there is no person to receive the package at the indicated address, the transport agency will leave a notice in your mailbox or on your door, with a phone number that you must call to confirm at what time can they make a second and final delivery of the merchandise.

If the second delivery is also unsuccessful because there is no person at home to collect the package, the transport agency will keep it in their warehouses for approximately 2 days so that you can go personally to pick it up before proceeding to return it to our facilities.

IMPORTANT: when you receive the package, you should be careful to check the packaging well to see if the box has any breakage or exterior blow, in which case, you would have to indicate it in writing on the form that the transport agent takes and also to us within 12 hours, so that we can claim transport insurance in your case.



When you go to open the packing box, try to remove the goods by carefully cutting the box with a cutex or similar, on one side, without breaking it. In this way, you can reuse it in case of return.

You can return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order and as long as you keep your packaging in optimal condition.

When the reason for the return responds to a product defect, Hispangallery assumes the shipping costs caused by the return.

You may request the restoration of the defect, the replacement with other items from our gallery or the return of your money.

If the reasons for return are beyond our gallery, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but, despite this, you want to return it, you must send us the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. In this case, the expenses incurred for the shipping and return will be borne by the customer and will not be borne by Hispangallery S.L.
