Depending on the measurements and weight of the painting, if there are one or more paintings you want to purchase and the country of destination, the shipping costs may vary.

Normally shipments to European countries are 85 euros.

Shipments to Peninsular Spain are free.

Shipping costs to NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES vary greatly depending on the specific destination. You should consult us before making the purchase so that we can ask the transport agency for the exact shipping quote for the painting you want to buy.

Shipments to countries that do not belong to the European Economic Community, it must be taken into account that some countries stipulate some type of import tax that the person receiving the shipment must pay.
Consult in each specific country if they will require any type of tax.
Our prices do not include the payment of those taxes determined by each country.


The paintings will be sent perfectly checked and packed by a transport agency we trust (T.N.T, Envialia, D.H.L etc).

The usual delivery time is 4 to 7 in Spain and 4 to 14 days for international shipments.

It is important that you provide us with your contact telephone number to put it on the shipping label of the package, in case the transport agency would like to ask you any questions to make the delivery.

For international shipments, we will also need to know your passport number, as required by customs.

In the event that, on the day of delivery of the package, the transport agency does not find a person in charge of receiving it at the address indicated by the client, the transporter will leave a notice in the mailbox or under the door, with a phone number that you must call to confirm what time they can deliver the merchandise in a second delivery.

If in that second delivery you are not located at your home, the transport agency will keep your package in its warehouses for approximately 2 days for you to pick it up, before proceeding to return it to our gallery.

Exceptionally, if upon receipt of the package you observe any blow or external breakage in the packaging box, you must state it to the carrier and also to us, before 12 hours from the receipt of the package, so that we can claim the insurance of transport.

You can return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order and as long as you keep your packaging in optimal condition.

When the reason for the return responds to a product defect, Hispangallery assumes the shipping costs caused by the return.

You may request the restoration of the defect, the replacement with other items from our gallery or the return of your money.

If the reasons for return are beyond our gallery, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but, despite this, you want to return it, you must send us the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. In this case, the expenses incurred for the shipping and return will be borne by the customer and will not be borne by Hispangallery S.L.
