F. Solis

Painter born in Sabadell (Spain), in 1952, he studied at the School of Applied Arts and Trades under the guidance of different teacher artists.

His artistic career is very extensive in works. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions in which he has obtained great approval from the attending and critical public.

In his paintings, usually in a realistic style although with loose brushstrokes, he uses the oil painting technique playing with a great variety of colors that gives his works a very characteristic light and energy. His themes are generally Mediterranean landscapes of both sea and field, sometimes mixing vibrant and colorful landscapes of wild flowers with sea beds.

He also likes to paint typically country themes with vineyards, olive trees, sunflowers and poppies, as well as gardens with lakes and water lilies in the footsteps of international classical artists.

Due to his pictorial quality, his professionalism and his determination to improve day by day, he is one artist whose work is interesting to follow closely.
