Shipping costs depend on the measurements and weight of the painting and the country of destination.

As a general rule, shipments to European countries are usually 85 euros.

Shipping costs to NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES vary greatly depending on the specific destination. You should consult us before making the purchase so that we can ask the transport agency for the exact shipping quote for the painting you want to buy.

In shipments to countries that do not belong to the European Economic Community, it must be taken into account that some countries stipulate some type of import tax that the person receiving the shipment must pay.

How to buy?

To be able to buy in our online art store hispangallery.com, it will be necessary first to REGISTER AS A CUSTOMER providing us with your personal data, then you just have to follow the purchase steps and fill in the shipping form, in this way, in future purchases you will not have to enter all the data because you will already be a customer.

It is important that you provide us with your contact telephone number and, for international shipments, your passport number, for customs procedures.

You can add as many items as you want to your shopping cart.

Next, you will validate these steps and, finally, you will be asked for the shipping address.

Once the purchase is made, you will be asked to choose a Payment Method.

1.- Payment by credit card (which will send you to a Secure Payment Gateway of the La Caixa bank) or,

2.- Payment by Bank Transfer, in which case we will send you an email to provide you with the bank account (also of La Caixa), where you can make the transfer or bank deposit.

 Can I buy the oil paintings, of my choice, framed or unframed?

Yes, our oil paintings can be purchased with or without a frame (only the canvas).

In the images of the paintings in our store, you can see some oil paintings already framed with a total price (oil + frame), and other unframed oil paintings whose price corresponds only to the canvas.

In the event that you want to buy an painting with a specific frame (gold, silver, classic (with relief), modern (smooth), white, black ... or simply without a frame, please contact us by email ana@hispangallery.com  to tell us your preferences and we can provide you with several frame options and the exact price.

 How long does delivery take?

It depends on the destination country. Normally  to Spain 4 days, other destinations, 4 to 10 days.

 What guarantees do you offer?

All our shipments travel covered by an insurance of 100% of the value of the merchandise.

IMPORTANT: When you receive the package, you should be careful to check the packaging well to see if the box has any breakage or external blow, in which case, you would have to indicate it in writing on the form that the transport agent takes.

Once the box has been opened and the merchandise has been checked, if your order has suffered damage caused by transport, you would have to notify us immediately or, in any case, before 12 h because it is the maximum period we have to make the claim to the insurance of the transport agency.
